All of our pricing comes straight from that year's updated "Gordian Contractor's Pricing Guide." When doing estimates, our contractors determine the total cost if charging per sq/ft and the total cost is charging by the hour. The Client is then charged the more affordable of the two. 

Absolutely Not! While most contractors mark material prices up 60% to pocket the difference, we believe in transparency. When invoiced, all clients recieve copies of material receipts and pay EXACT material prices.
